Recount Text

A. Pengertian/Definition

     Recount Text is a kind of text retelling the past event. (Suatu jenis teks yang menceritakan kembali suatu            peristiwa/kejadian yang telah terjadi/yang telah berlalu.)

B. Fungsi/ Purpose Of Text Recount

     The purpose of a recount text is to retell the past event. (Utuk menceritakan kembali kembali suatu peristiwa yang telah berlalu).

C. Generic Structure Of Recount Text

1. Orientation: bagian teks yang berisi pendahuluan tentang tokoh cerita yang ada dalam cerita tersebut, peristiwa yang terjadi, serta tempat dan waktu terjadinya.
2. Events: Serangkaian crita yang ada dalam cerita tersebut.
3. Re-orientation: Berisi tentang rangkuman/penutup cerita. (Kesan si penulis terhadap peristiwa tersebut).

D. Ciri kebahasaan/ Language features of Reount Text

• Menggunakan Simple Past Tense
• Menggunakan kata penghubung (conjunction), contoh: then, before, after.Etc

BLEDUG KUWU

         

           Last Sunday we visited the wonderful tourist resort in Grobogan. It was Bledug Kuwu, in the village of Kuwu, district of Keradenan about 28 eastern of Purwodadi. We went there to observed the producing of traditional salt. When we as there, a villager told us that Bledug Kuwu had connection with the South Sea. It was the subway of Joko Linglung, the Dragon man from Medang Kamulan to the South Sea.

That's way the muddy explosion consisted of salt.
